BudJohnson, I recall one website I went to I found the product I wanted, I wanted to buy but just couldn’t find how to do it anyway, I sent them an email asking how I could purchase the product. Took a whole week to get a response and by that time I had already found and bought the same product somewhere else. You should make it as easy as possible for people to find what they want to find otherwise they’ll just get annoyed and leave.

Good point about navigation. Too many people overlook it in their wild chase after all the bells and whistles. In the end, a good navigation system is worth its weight in gold.
